Buckle up, it’s story time.. June 14, 2026 at 8:45pm. We walk in, first thing the lady says to us is, “to go right?”. Wrong, wanted to eat there, but she claimed they closed the kitchen at 8:30 even though they close at 9pm. (But they are still able to make food “to go” with the kitchen closed?? ) We order and wait for our food. We leave with our order, and as I’m eating my ramen I find a huge metal wire mixed into my noodles. The only reason I noticed was because I was chewing on it and it hurt my mouth. ( pictures will be included) So not only were we rushed out of a place that wasn’t closed yet, but I get a disgusting metal piece in my food to add on top. Don’t go here, I will be going back tomorrow and getting a refund. Have a friend that works for OSHA , I’ll be giving him a call too. Should have just done your job and not cut corners. Oh well now. Cute shop. Ate here a few times. Ordered to go today. They got one of my orders wrong, but it's ok. That just means I will have to go back another time for my favorite: salmon melting crystals.

I’ve been eating here for months, and it’s consistently excellent. The staff know me by name and always greet me warmly. I usually go for the sashimi platter — it’s fresh, generous, and beautifully plated every time. The ambiance is a balance of lively energy and calm tradition, making it feel like both a special outing and a comforting routine.

We got a Bento, which comes with a choice of 2 Items (we picked the Steak Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu), 2 pieces of a California Roll (simple imitation crab and avocado), Miso Soup, Rice and Salad, and the House Special Ramen for dinner. They give a sunomono salad on the house which is always a nice and light side dish, theirs has a nice crunch with the thicker pieces of cucumber. The food was good and didn't take too long to be served after ordering. The ramen had a good light broth, not overly seasoned, but it would have been better if the boiled egg was the typical ramen soft-boiled marinated egg instead of a plain hard-boiled egg. We liked how the steak teriyaki was cooked between medium to medium-rare and the teriyaki sauce, a nice sweet and savory balance. The chicken katsu had a nice panko crunch and soft, tender meat.

One of my favorite spots for japanese food. I usually get the bento with sesame chicken and shrimp tempura or salmon nigiri. The sesame chicken is very good. The place looks very inviting now that it has been remodeled. I usually just get the bento or sushi; I’ve never tried the ramen here, but I’m sure it’s good too. The menu is pretty extensive, and I do appreciate the new dishes they add. Sometimes eating at a restaurant requires work on the part of the guest —one of the most basic things is to know what you want to eat. So checking out the menu ahead of time helps. If you don’t like raw fish or japanese food in general —I don’t know why you’d come here lol That being said, this place has a nice chill atmosphere and a lowkey vibe that I do treasure, and I’ve never left here feeling disappointed. Servers are very friendly and knowledgable.
